Intercom
Intercommunication system between cleanrooms by push&call mode, equipped with amplification and volume control circuits, functional even in noisy environments. The front surface is covered with a strong antibacterial membrane easily cleanable with common detergents or antibacterial solutions. The installation is flush to the wall panel.

Melaphone
Designed for use in areas where hygiene and safety are essential and to allow communication in a sterile environment. There is no transmission of germs or dust through air flow. Speech is transmitted through a transparent diaphragm.

Safe Crash Panel
Made of tempered glass 5 mm thick, UV resistant. In case of emergency, the glass can be broken by means of a hammer without any danger of cutting, allowing safe passage along the emergency exit. The glass is supported on three sides by a rounded aluminum profile of the same thickness as the wall panels.

Conduit and predisposal for electrical outlets
PVC conduits of Ø 32 mm are installed inside the wall panels to allow easy wiring of electrical cables in correspondence with the cut-outs for electrical outlets or other utilities fitting.
Reduced depth electrical boxes are available on request.

Removable wall panels
It is possible to create a system of easily removable wall panels using a particular junction profile to allow the passage of machines avoiding the dismantling of the false ceiling.

Cut-outs for grids
Customized and provided with an internal reinforcing frame that guarantees the correct and safe fastening of the air return grids, flush-mounted or surface-mounted.
