Partition Wall Panels
HPL Wall Panels
HPL walls are composed of panels covered with 4 mm thick HPL (High Pressure Laminate) sheets, fire reaction class B-s1-D0 (UNI EN 13501-1).
The specific properties of HPL ensure high resistance to impact, chemical agents and complete water resistance.
Each panel has an internal aluminum frame assembled on four sides to contain the insulation and to increase its mechanical resistance.
Internal insulation is available in the following materials:
- Self-extinguishing high-density polystyrene (25 Kg/mc) fire reaction class E (UNI EN 13501-1)
- Rock wool with high-density oriented fibers (120 Kg/mc) fire reaction class A1 (UNI EN 13501-1)
- Corrugated aluminum sheet, fire reaction class A1 (UNI EN 13501-1)
The overall thickness of the wall panel is 45 mm.
The connection between panels is made using aluminum profiles that guarantee the perfect coplanarity; the 4 mm gap formed by the junction is filled with neutral mastic silicone.
